MEET OUR SUPPORTERS!

Tom Chilton, top British Touring Car driver has shown amazing support in every event we have arranged to date. He has demonstrated his driving skills in a charity karting event last year and will be showing off his physique in June next year when he will be joining the P2F team in their kayak and cycle expedition, taking part in the entire event!

The Hoosiers are downing tools and joining us on our week-long expedition next year. After meeting some of the injured service personnel following their appearance on Al Murrays Happy Hour in 2007, the group have decided to help the team raise awareness of what we intend to do at Push to Freedom.

Leanne Grose is an inspirartion to us all. Being told at the age of 20 that she had cancer and that her leg needed to be amputated, she has come a long way in raising the awareness and abilities of people who have undergone amputations and continues to live her life to the full. On hearing about our expedition, Leanne decided to take on the entire challenge alongside the many ex military and serving personnel, knowing first hand the effects of living with an amputation can have. She continues to give emotional and practical support to all those experiencing the emotional roller-coster ride that she once took.

Al Murray - "The Pub Landlord", has been a quiet supporter of the work we set out to do. Al decided to offer the patients at the military rehabilitation center a bit of comic relief and gave a performance last year, taking time afterwards to chat with those in attendance. Since then, Al has welcomed the injured servicemen and women to view the behind the scenes action at recordings of his "Happy Hour" show.

Along side our celebrity supporters who also include Richard Hammond, James May and not forgetting Big Bob, we have been assisted by a number of local and national companies who, in one way or another have contributed to the start up of our organisation and we would like to extend our thanks to those listed as without their help and support, Push to Freedom would not be where it is today.
