" A Nation that forgets its past has no future". These words by Winston Churchill could not be more apt to describe the purpose of our forthcoming charity event. We believe that we should continue to remember the bravery and dedication of our armed forces both past and present and it is why we formed in late 2007.

Our next venture will be taking place during the 2009 D-Day anniversary. Starting off in Portsmouth on the 5th June, a range of celebrity guests and injured serving and ex-service personnel will be undertaking a 155 mile round trip of the Normandy landings.
The aim of this exercise is to raise funds for and awareness of our current and ex-service personnel who have been injured.
Amongst those taking part will be Tom Stade - top comedian, Leon Haslam, Tom Chilton, Big Bob and The Hoosiers.
Lee Cairns, an ex-Raf serviceman sustained an injury which resulted in him being paralysed from the waist down. After many setbacks, Lee will be using a hand bike to take part in the week-long event.

We will be travelling over 30 miles each day, stopping at key points along the invasion route and paying tribute to those who lost their lives during the event in 1944 and remembering those who continue to serve their country.

We are currently looking for sponsorship funds to enable this event to take place. All donations received will be placed into a registered trust fund for our injured military personnel, assisting with their social and recreational needs. Please contact us for further details on how to contribute. Any Corporate sponsorships would be gratefully accepted.
